Attachment Options
Carabiner
The carabiner badge reel option consists of a plastic round casing with a braided steel cable inside coated in PVC to prevent particles from entering the braiding of the cable. At the top is a braided paracord attached to a metal carabiner. The braided paracord ensures that leverage is not applied to the emblem attachment when pivoting, increasing the durability of your badge reel. The carabiner attachment is best for high-friction attachment locations like belt loops and bags, and will not come off easily when pulled.
Alligator
The alligator badge reel option consists of a plastic round casing with a nylon string inside. The attachment is a swivel-alligator clip that rotates 360°, ensuring that no matter which direction you clip it, the emblem will appear upright. The alligator clip clips securely to fabrics; however, it can be pulled away, acting as a breakaway safety.

- Go with the alligator clip if you wear your reel up high in a place where it is not likely to be rubbing against objects often or want it to break away safely if it gets caught.
- Choose the carabiner clip for belt loops, radio straps, or when you need an extra-secure connection.
Functionality
Holds on to ID badges and keychain accessories using a button-snap style wrap clip with a winding cable that allows extension and retraction.
