The paracord is coming un done. Very disappointing. I was very excited about this badge reel and it was nice when it came, but its coming apart.
Store owner replied: Goodness! This should never have happened. The paracord is not something we assemble in-house. I will have a replacement sent ASAP and I sent you an email!!

We got two of these from the “misprints” and can’t see anything wrong with them, I can’t really find any structural issues, the filament glow is great, the sizing is just right
It’s amazing. As an individual who has a lot of my patriotic flag strips colored this has got to be my most favorite moral booster. It’s iconic- I get soo many compliments on it from other hospital workers and patients alike. 10/10 the individual who came up with this idea needs to pat themselves on the back

I LOVE this badge reel. I ordered two for my partner and I to match. So cute and the one that wasn’t faulty is super sturdy! On top of that when I notified Rescue Candy of the faulty reel they quickly replaced it without a fight which was super refreshing. Class act customer service and quality products all around!
