Shipping policy

Free United States shipping on orders $35+ excluding apparel items.

Most items ship out within 1-2 business days. USPS ground is the primary carrier used for domestic orders. Shipping times may vary due to handmade items. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct. Orders may be edited within 2 hours of placement through the self-service portal. If the customer did not enter the correct shipping address when placing the order and did not correct it before the package has shipped, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. If the order was returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address we can ship your order back to you with the correct address for the price of shipping. 

If we made an error with your order or are at fault for shipping-related issues, we will resolve these issues at no charge.
