Welcome to Rescue Candy’s Design Submission Platform. By submitting an idea, voting on submissions, or interacting with this page, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
By using this platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian
- You have the legal right to submit the content you provide
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
2. Idea Submissions
When you submit a design idea, you agree that:
- Your submission is original or you have permission to share it
- Your idea does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
- Your submission does not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
Rescue Candy reserves the right to:
- Review, edit, approve, or reject any submission
- Remove submissions at any time without notice
- Combine or modify similar ideas
3. Ownership & Rights
By submitting an idea, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily sharing your idea without expectation of compensation unless explicitly agreed otherwise
- Rescue Candy may use, modify, manufacture, and sell products based on submitted ideas
- You grant Rescue Candy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your submission
Submitting an idea does not guarantee it will be produced or credited.
4. Voting System
- Votes are intended to reflect community interest but do not guarantee production
- Rescue Candy reserves full discretion in deciding which ideas move forward
- We may remove or adjust votes if fraudulent, spam, or manipulation is suspected
5. Public Display
By submitting content, you agree that:
- Your idea, name (or username), and submission details may be displayed publicly
- Submissions may be used in marketing, product development, or promotional materials
6. Prohibited Content
You may not submit or post content that:
- Is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Includes explicit or inappropriate material
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Promotes third-party brands, businesses, or advertising
7. No Compensation Guarantee
- Submission of ideas is voluntary
- Voting or popularity does not entitle you to payment, royalties, or compensation
- Any compensation, if offered, will be at Rescue Candy’s sole discretion and governed by a separate agreement
8. Platform Integrity
You agree not to:
- Manipulate votes (e.g., bots, fake accounts, repeated submissions)
- Spam or flood the platform with duplicate ideas
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform’s functionality
Violation may result in removal of content and restriction from future participation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rescue Candy is not responsible for:
- Loss of submitted ideas
- Unauthorized use of ideas by third parties
- Any damages resulting from use of the platform
All submissions are made at your own discretion and risk.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
